“One life on this earth is all that we get, whether it is enough or not enough, and the obvious conclusion would seem to be that at the very least we are fools if we do not live it as fully and bravely and beautifully as we can.”

This quote from Frederick Buechner is one of my favorites for a reason. My mother’s life was cut short by Alzheimer’s, with so much unsaid and unlived.

It’s not unusual, really. Most people wait until it’s too late to identify what’s still missing from their lives, to heal relationships, to find true peace with the lives they’ve lived, and close the loops that still remain. In the busyness of life they don’t take the time to slow down and attend to what’s most important … and one day it’s too late.

I have personally been with multiple clients on their deathbeds, buried under a pile of regrets. Wishing they had expressed more, forgiven more, come to more peace, been more true to themselves and their deep inner knowing in some way. That doesn’t have to be you. You have a chance to do things differently.

Zero Regrets January 2022 is Cancelled.

We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please fill out the form for us to contact you the next time we offer this program.

If you died tomorrow:

  • What relationships would be unhealed?
  • What would you leave unsaid? Unlived?
  • What parts of your story would remain unresolved?
  • What could you have experienced in your relationships that you never quite made happen?

“This program has provided tools for living fully and bravely. It has provided an opportunity to see challenge and pain as an opportunity to live authentically and also with gratitude for the days I have.”

Over our three weeks together, the Zero Regrets program will give you the confidence that you gave this life and your relationships everything you had, that you’ve fully lived your legacy, prepared your loved ones emotionally as well as practically, and identified how to live the coming days even more true to yourself.

“It will change the trajectory of your life.”

Some of the highlights of our time together will include:

  • A Life Perspective Inventory: Checking in on where you are in relationship to your life
    • Where you’ve been, both the highs and lows; where you want to be at the end of your days, existing gaps, and identifying stories that have defined your life as well as new stories you’d like to live
  • Letters to Beyond: The life-changing power of words you leave behind for loved ones
    • Guided session writing a letter to leave behind for your loved ones whenever your time comes
    • Changed relationships as a result of writing this letter
    • A process you’ll be able to follow for others who matter most
  • Bringing Life to Relationships: Making even more of the relationships you have
    • Identify opportunities to more fully express love, appreciation, forgiveness, and make amends
    • Create a plan to identify—in concert with your parents, significant other, children, and/or others—what you most need from each other and what you most want from your relationships while you are still here together
  • Healthy Engagement with the Whole of Life: Embracing all of your days … through the highs, lows, and everyday moments of success, cancer, love, and loss
    • Clarify what true engagement with all of life looks like (hint: it lies somewhere between doomsday and toxic positivity)
    • Redefine hope for yourselves in a way that invites it into the circumstances you choose and those that choose you

We need each other ... to inspire, to witness, to remind us what is most important. That’s why I’ve created this community of people fully committed to the same journey, where you will be seen and supported by me and others in living your very best life. This may end up being the most powerful three weeks of your life.

If this speaks to you in any way, sign up today. The investment in your life & legacy is only $997.

The Details:

  • This will be a small group, no more than 12 members, led personally by me (Catherine Hammond)
  • Sessions will last 2.5 - 3 hours
  • Each session will consist of some inspiration, teaching, exercises, and breakout discussions
  • You will leave each session having made tangible progress in the areas most important to you

Here’s what other recent program participants have said:

This program was exactly what I needed at exactly the right time. I didn’t realize how much I needed it.

Do this program right now! 😊 If you truly want to explore what living your legacy in the fullest possible sense looks and feels like then do it!

I found many of the exercises, including the time provided during the call to complete them, to be a very helpful aspect of this program. The process of writing letters to my loved ones was particularly powerful, not just in respect to capturing the legacy of the life lessons I have already gained, but also in vividly reminding me of the values from which I wish to live the remainder of my life from. I also loved the group interaction. It was such a supportive environment in which to be held.

After writing a letter that would be opened on my death to my 12-year old daughter during the course I told her what I had done. She replied "I might die before you Dad. I'd like to do that for you as well, so you've got something to read". That brought tears to my eyes. If that's not impact, I don't know what is. The key impact moving forwards is the freedom I now feel in telling people I love that I love them, freely and without inhibition.
